People often wonder if Harvard is free because of the opportunity costs and low tuition but this is not the case, Harvard has a great financial aid system.

Harvard does not charge any tuition for students who are admitted to their school. For those who were not admitted, it has a great financial aid system where families need to only pay 10% of their income, as long as it's above $65,000. If students' family's income is less than $65 thousand they might be eligible for full or partial scholarships and grants that can cover up to 50% in tuition costs.
