Balancing the need to use resources and also conserve them for the future is called sustainable development.

In other words, carefully utilizing resources so that besides meeting the present requirements it also takes care of the need of future generations is known as sustainable development.

Sustainable development is referred to as the process of economic development that will meet the target of providing the basic needs of the current generation without compromising on the needs of future generations.

It is aimed at developing both the present and future.

In other words, it is achieving a quality of life without compromising the quality of life for future generations.
